Well guys, the Audi is finally gone. After years of excellent service, I finally gave up on her. She needed a new timing belt that would have cost more than she was worth and I have a ton of driving to do this summer so I figured I would take advantage of a slow economy and get a good deal on a car. Anyway, here she is. 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS. 220-hp V6 with continuously variable transmission. Keyless ignition, leather heated seats, xenon headlights, premium sound, etc. etc. etc. It is a nice car and it was a good deal too. Anyone out there looking for a nice inexpensive ride, look at Mitsubishi. They also have a ridiculous 10yr/100k powertrain warranty and 5yr/60k bumper to bumper. Anyway, enjoy the pics and I'd be happy to pick anyone up from the Boston airport in it. =)

Nicely done sir, I like the ride! I might also own a Mitsubishi in the future...Evo X...mmmmmmmm.
Wow I like it Adam. Nice amentities and it has the ability to runover all those annoying people on bikes (not motorcycles leighton). You can always drive it to NYC, I heard the drive is beautiful :)
I'd love to drive it to NYC. Do you have a parking spot for me when I arrive?? Maybe I'll just drive down, say hello, and then turn around back to Boston.
looks good adam. how do you like the cvt? our next car (no time soon) will most likely be a hybrid which all have cvt...
p.s. if you want to drive it out to arizona, we've got room in our driveway for it. i'll even let you keep it in the garage ;)
Well I have a huge parking garage next to my apartment, they just happen to charge you $25 to keep it there overnight. So I guess TheJ wins that one.
I am sure we can pay some bum like $10 to keep an eye on it for you though.
The CVT really isn't all that different. I think they have software that tells it to act kind of like a regular transmission for marketing purposes. It is really smooth though and it is a little weird when you start to accelerate and the rpm's don't really change at all. Supposed to get better gas mileage too. But who knows.
