I thought some of you could appreciate a well stocked fridge. I seem to have developed a bad habit. If I see a beer with an alcohol content greater than 6% that I have not tried, I tend to buy it. Ashley thinks that I have gone overboard, but I think I can still make room for more.
I also thought I should let everyone know that I will be in Bradenton this weekend. I should be in town on Friday afternoon until Monday morning. So, give me a call if you are in town and want to get a beer.
By the way, beer is good!

Alex, you are really funny. You clearly like your microbrews, too! You should try to pick up some Otter Creek beer. Made in good old Middlebury, VT. Or Magic Hat brewery from VT is good too. It is 7am and I am thirsty for a beer now.
I need to step it up. The funny thing is...I barely drink anymore. I have had the same beer in my fridge for atleast month now.
Beautiful fridge by the way Alex. Any good recommendations? What are your favs so far?
As you know we're always in town, and I'm going to give away the secret here, but if you have nothing better to do you can come over on Saturday and help us pack our stuff into a PODS container!
well that deserves a post in and of itself, did you guys buy a house?
It's in the works. Pictures will be posted when we close.
First, do not drink Otter Creek, it is disgusting. That organic Pale Ale you had at your graduation party was disgusting. As for good microbrew beers I have enjoyed, Pride of Milford from Cooperstown Brewery and anything from the Brooklyn Beer company. Nick might be able to find the latter of the two. The Milford is only available in upstate.
I am with Bryan, I rarely drink anymore, but when I do, it is a show.
I have started drinking scotch. I'm currently working on a bottle of Dewar's 12 year and I am a big fan.
I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly...
Actually, Bryan, I don't drink alot either. I tend to have one beer with dinner every night (at least to me that does not seem like a lot.) So far, I am a big fan of Dogfish Head brews and Rogue brews.
The Dogfish Head Brewery makes a couple of really good beers: Raison D'Etre, Aprihop, Chicory Stout, and 90 minute IPA. The 120 minute IPA is supposed to be great. However, I have trouble buying a beer that costs about $8 per bottle, even if it is 20% alcohol by volume.
The Rogue Brewery makes some good stuff, such as Dead Guy Ale, Hazelnut Brown Nectar, and Mocha Porter.
Dead Guy Ale is tasty, as is Otter Creek. Don't listen to Drew. The stuff he is referring to is their organic beer which isn't as good and it is IPA which I don't really love. Their Copper Ale is really tasty.
Adam, I like my girls like I like my Scotch...aged 12 years and mixed with coke.
Alex, I did find Dogfish 90 min IPA at Publix, but it was like $10 for a 4-pack...so I resisted since I have a fridge full of beer anyway.
Alex you just brought a tear to my eye that is a beautiful sight. Leighton ummm...you better sort your shit out when you come up here that is all I have to say. Alex it looks like I need not tell you the same.
That being said I am going to the Indy 500 this weekend and I expect it to be a total sh*t show. Unfortunately I live in the 20th century and do not have a camera, but perhaps I can get some pics off Danny and Gina's camera.
To all the Nascar fans out there I will let you know which race is better in person to go to.
Have a good weekend everybody.
It is simple Nick...
Danica > Nascar
And don't worry...I plan on "training" before I come up.
