Wedding help

I thought I would ask for the blog's help with some song choices. The DJ needs to know 50 songs that we want to here. So let me hear some ideas.

By the way, Nick, we are going to have to veto any songs by ICP and 2 Live Crew.

Do you have a theme you would like to stick with?

Well if you couldn't tell from my wedding, I am a big fan of 80's rock at weddings. Maybe some Bon Jovi, Journey, etc.

Other than that, I am thinking Flo Rida. Allie and I plan on wearing our apple bottom jeans and boots with the fur.

You can never go wrong with 80s music, every likes that stuff. You should also throw in Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah, you all probably heard it in soundtrack for "The Watchmen." Lets avoid the Electric Slide, conga lines and the Macarena.

Ha, obviously Adam and I are related.

Well this will be the first weekend of Hispanic Heritage Month, so maybe we should play Salsa and Mariachi band music.

My vote for Hispanic Heritage month goes to "Culo." That's a classy tune.

Are Booty Dew and Stanky Legg the same song? The lyrics are identical in places! That is a good marketing strategy though. Nothing like selling the same product under two different names.

Since it is Hispanic month, how bout the high school classic 'Chinga Tu'?

Andrew said...

I like how you took my Hispanic Heritage Month request almost seriously. What the hell is Chingua Tu?

Don't tell me you guys don't remember this from highschool!!!
