Football and Bryan

Well looks like UF and FSU are pretty similiar teams. If you could combine your offense and our defense we would be quite the team. Unfortunately we are both not bowl eligible yet. Watch this saturday when FSU upsets #2 BC and we jump back into the rankings. As a side note we will be at this game cheering on the Noles.

PS Happy Bday bud, see you in a couple of days!

Yeah, this sucks. Florida's D definitely cost us the game yesterday. We couldn't stop the run at all. Speaking of which, that freshman running back for Georgia is gonna be sick. Hopefully, some cards will fall in our favor and we get back into the SEC Title game.

Nick, I hope you all beat BC...they are a joke. Extremely overrated in my opinion. They have played a joke of a schedule until VT. If VT had their starting QB that game would have been out-of-reach for sure. Good luck!

I am so jealous you all are going to be at the BC/FSU game. But you are missing out on the truly great game, Colgate v Georgetown the following week. Adam will be able to attest to the greatness. But here is a little piece on the game:

Every two years, an event comes along that changes the landscape of global civilization as we know it; a time when friends are marked as friends, and foes are trampled beneath the feet of one team's destiny. When one David - from the rurality that is the northern post of the Empire State - traverses the autumnal terrain to lay down the challenge of battle against an urban Goliath - all too secure in his fortress of federal monuments and chic up-scale haberdasheries.

And to this clash of titans we must flock to stand beside our diminutive champion, saluting him in the only fashion appropriate for such bravery. Songs will be sung, meats will be grilled, libations will be consumed, and times will be had - all in honor of mother Colgate

one word, injuries. our secondary consists of pillow-fighters, we already knew that. but we were into our 4th string at one of the d-line positions which meant zero pressure all night and all the time in the world to show how bad the rest of the d is.

i'm not saying that would have fixed it since even when we had our starters in against AU they ran all over us but it could have been a different game.

ps: i think drew has been writing too many speeches...

Thanks for the Bday thought Nick. I tell ya, long story short...this week has been too much. My brother has managed to spend the last week self-destructing and was put in jail on my bday. So my bday was spent running around Macclenny trying to track his stuff down and straighten things out. I definately need a vacation. I feel like I just turned 50.

Happy 50th Bryan. I'll make sure I stock up on pudding and boiled chicken or whatever else geezers eat. Looking forward to seeing you at the end of the week.
