Video was a bit dark but looks great J's. I see you have two extra bedrooms for visitors, which is awesome. The leather couches will look even more beautiful with a nice flat screen TV. Is it possible to have grass out there or does everybody just go with the stone yard?

It's not uncommon for grass yards and, surprisingly, you don't have to break the bank with the water bill as you may expect.
We have lots of projects for around the house one of them is some grass.
Very nice, I dont know what grass is possible out there but if you can avoid the florida crab grass "weeds" then do it.
