Point of which being someone will always be left out, feel snubbed, etc. The choice made was the right one given the circumstances, but you can't please 'em all. Congrats, and bring on the nuts.

Great article! Even though the right choice was made in my opinion...the fairest thing would be a playoff.

I think the fairest thing would be a committee made up of Me. I get to decide who plays much like a dictator would. I am very fair and unbiased. BWAHAHA

What are we going to do we are not going to have very many football posts for awhile...

i haven't heard of a single fan that does NOT want a playoff system. the problem is that the fans don't control the system :(.

I hate how some commentators say that the regular season is a de facto playoff, but this year I am all for it...OSU eliminated Michigan, UCLA eliminated USC, and we won are "semifinal".

I don't understand why people are whipping on Urban for campaigning/whining, Michigan fans should be upset at Carr for not saying anything at all, what was Urban supposed to do, especially since everything he said was pretty much right.

Wondering if anybody noticed, a related article was about the Old Zooker, apparently he voted Florida as #2, ahead of his own conference's team, way to go Zook, and go Illinoise Fighting Zookers.
