Page rank is mostly based on how many other pages link to your website, which is really just the sheer amount of times your url comes up while their bots read through the web. An easier way would be to pay the search engines, they'll put you right to the top.
Another tip: these "related terms" that people are searching must appear near the top of you website, and I don't mean as they appear on the site. They should be near the top of the actual html (php, asp, whatever), whether they are in meta tags, the first paragraph, etc. For example, if a design using divs and css had a left column appear in the code before the body, it is possible only the left column would be read and the rest of the site skipped over, missing your search terms. For another quick example, search my full name on google, and my blog is the first link. Search Jae's full name on google, and his blog does not appear. This is because jae's name does not appear on the top of this site, or anywhere for that matter.
