So we may know them by their limping.
Before you drink gallons of Guinness, be sure to start a nice base with plenty of corned beef and cabbage. This is the one day of the year that I forget my Italian heritage and celebrate my Irish side. What an awesome holiday.

Corned beef and cabbage is my life-blood. It marries beautifully with a crock pot. Ireland need not export anything else for the rest of eternity because it gave us this wonderful food.
