sorry beal, but the article was too long. i got like 5 paragraphs in and got bored (pretty sad i know). i just got back in the states last night and have spent the last month watching my one channel of armed forces network. between that and the long days i've lost the bubble on this. any oil on the west-coast beaches? i thought w/ the currents that the east-coast would actually be in worse shape.
What I found interesting in this article was the fact that they tried the exact same things to fix the problem 31 years ago, and it didn't work back then either! Are you telling me there are no advances in technology in disaster recovery? No new ideas?
