So we went to the track last night in G-Ville...here is my second best run...vs my roommate...haha. This is also the first time I broke into the 12's! My best run was right after this one at a 12.83.
Nothing ran a 7...that was something else I think. Yes, there were some bikes but for some reason they always run un-timed...I would estimate them to be in the 10 sec range though.
Nick...that is the exact same track they run the Gator Nationals in Gainesville. It is a standard 1/4 mile. They do it in about 3.5 secs though at 330 mph...haha
Cool I figured it was the same track. I went to the Gator Nationals and it was freaking awesome. You sit in the stands and those dragsters take off and shake the stands...pretty awesome.
Good stuff Leighton. Do they measure your reaction time as well?
Technically they due, but it doesn't matter on nights like these becasuse the timer doesn't start until you trip it...so once the lights turns green, I could honestly sit there until I want to go. Having said that...my reaction time was .451.

Pretty cool. What speed did that put you at?
Crossed the line at 105.71.
looks very need-for-speedish. what ran the 7s right before you? were there any bikes there? i've wondered what my bike would do on the quarter.

How far is the distance if I may ask? Is it the same as say the Gatorade Nationals?

And I thought Jae was our only Asian friend. What kind of time do you think my Outlander would get? Go Mitsubishi!
Most typical production cars I have seen run (and yes they do run) are 17+ sec...it is pretty funny.
