I doubt it will matter, but honestly how are you going to test positive for Marijuana 1 week before the NFL draft. Just hold off until you get paid!!! Some people do not deserve millions of dollars.

I guess "Joel Segal, the agent" did not tell them there would be drug testing before the combine. Just imagine how well they would have done if they didn't smoke.

Definitely a dumb ass move by Percy, but I doubt it will hurt his draft status very much.
I just do not want the Browns to draft him to big of a injury risk.
