It is not as bad as what Drew got hit with in DC, but we have not had snow here since 89. It was a solid couple inches after it was a done snowing and it was pretty cool to see the palm trees covered in snow. I thought I moved from NYC to avoid this crap....global warming my butt.

Those are some really cool pics buddy. I read an article the other day, I think on the 12th or 13th, about how there was snow on the ground in 49 out of 50 states (Hawaii being the holdout). The Snow Lab has never kept tabs on stats like that before because it's so rare, so they hadn't even gone back far enough yet to find out if there had ever been a perfect 50 out of 50 before, or even 49. Sometimes the mountains in Hawaii have snow at the top so they were hoping we'd go for 100% but so far no luck. Craziness!
snow lab? wow, and they call ME a dork :).
Yea I heard that stat as well so I guess we are both pretty dorky haha
Amanda that is ridiculous. I thought when I moved from Upstate NY, I assumed I was moving away from 5ft snow banks. Ugh. Still, a week after the snow storms there are snow bank on street corners that make going through intersections crazy ridiculous.
Its been in the 60's here.
Suckers!!!!
