Bottling Day

It's been 10 days since my first homebrew post, and today was bottling day. My Dad did the capping while I filled the bottles. There's 46 of them in all, and they'll be ready Christmas day.

Really, only ten days! Nice! Looks like you tried some...how did it turn out?

It was flat of course, but it was still good. My comparison was right, it's a lot like Newcastle; a little nutty, a little chocolatey. I'm looking forward to trying it carbonated.

That is awesome, what are you calling ?

I vote you call it Moose Juice

that's gross Amanda. you might as well call it Moose's Man Chowder Ale.

Thanks, Jae, that has a nice ring to it. Let me get started printing up the labels now... haha

There is one beer out there called Moose Drool. That being said, I think Moose's Man Chowder could be a good marketing move. Looking forward to trying it!

Pretty good name, I have a feeling it would be better suited to be sold in NE though.
