It's been 10 days since my first homebrew post, and today was bottling day. My Dad did the capping while I filled the bottles. There's 46 of them in all, and they'll be ready Christmas day.
It was flat of course, but it was still good. My comparison was right, it's a lot like Newcastle; a little nutty, a little chocolatey. I'm looking forward to trying it carbonated.
There is one beer out there called Moose Drool. That being said, I think Moose's Man Chowder could be a good marketing move. Looking forward to trying it!

Pretty good name, I have a feeling it would be better suited to be sold in NE though.
