Good bye Saturn, hello Malibu! We are the proud owners of a totally pimptastic new (2007) car! Cevrolet Malibu Maxx SS Though it is mine (Carla's) to drive, secretly Chris thinks it's cool too ;).
Regret buying a giant truck at all? I love these idiot people who think gas is expensive so they get rid of their car that is not even a year old and trade it in for a hybrid. We have car dealerships up here that are trying to sucker people into doing it, too. Trade in your gas guzzler! Talk about losing money! I think they need to have common sense lessons required for all citizens.
they need some way to get people to buy cars in this economy... a dealership down here is taking the opposite approach. the have a "hot girl" who is comparing a "lame four-door" with a "sexy pick-up truck". the place is called the truck-stop of tucson, so you can imagine they are hurtin' w/ fuel prices being what they are.
rick is the only one of us w/ a hybrid i think (hybrid civic?). how is that working out for you?
I have to have a truck or SUV no way around it. I ran the numbers and it costs me about $350/year more to drive my truck than it would be to trade in on something else. Its worth it to me to drive my truck!

looks sporty carla... hope it holds up better than josh's old 'bu.
you get the 3.9L or 3.5L (my truck gets better mileage than the 3.9L :P)?
seems like everyone is gettin' new cars!
3.9L 240hp, gas mileage be damned!!!
Hooray for new cars! It is nice to finally have some hp, but filling up your tank for more than $50 is never fun. Looks nice Chris!
Gas mileage?? Whats that?
Adam, I WISH I could fill up for $50!
