Instant messengers

I haven't used an instant messenger program in years but I remember how convenient they used to be. So, I was curious if any if y'all still use them.

I'm not in front of my computer enough to use AIM anymore, but my name is still emoose77. I'd rather get an email or a call, either one comes to my phone. As for the work side, we definitely do not allow anyone to use a public messenger service. We use a jabber client and run our own messaging server.

IM still an integral part to the Legislative process in DC. Every office has a generic one for quick communication. I have it, but I tend to use G-Chat more than AIM, but Fasoli312 is up usually.
